Introduction
Ah, yes, Section III! Want Abundance for Life? This is the Big Kahuna of this book. This section will go over 10 ways and principles that help uncover the Abundance for life that we all possess inside. Sounds exciting and it is!
There is a lot of material here, so slow down and take it in steps. You don't have to do all the exercises at once. Do what makes sense and fits well with you. Take it slow and in digestible chunks.
Having said that, if you see a lesson that turns you off, ask yourself why that may be. What you think may not work may be the exact thing that you can do to turn this ship around. In other words, have an open mind and experiment.
Most of all, have fun. Abundance is always in fun.
Abundance for Life through Observing the Abundance Around You
Exercise 1: A Guided Meditation
Observing the Abundance around you can be one of the most pleasurable activities of your day. It is an opportunity to see the world in all its detail, its beauty, and its glory. It is seeing the world with the eyes and ears of God. It is truly about going deeply into the wonders of our physical existence.

Dive in deeply to these exercises and enjoy yourself. After all, you are witnessing the deliciousness of you!
Observing Abundance/Abundance Meditation-Part I
Exercise 2: Slow It Down and Take It In!
Another way to experience abundance for life is to remember that observing the abundance around you is easiest when you are not speeding through your day. Take your time with daily activities and see if you can observe the depth of them. Take an activity that you do not hate to do and do it mindfully. (Caution: in the beginning, I would suggest you select an activity that you don't have to do with small children.)
For instance, if you go to the grocery store, instead of speeding through, see if you can deliberately take your time and observe all the nuances of this activity. Look at the produce. See the wide variety of color, shape, and textures. Select your items with care. What does the section smell like? What are the sounds around you? Wait on line calmly and allow in all the activity around you. Write down your experiences of observing the Abundance. Be in the Now.
Exercise 3: Observe Abundance in Nature
Doing this exercise can blow your mind about how much abundance is surrounding you! Do this once a week and you will experience abundance for life! Take a chance and experiment...
Take a walk in nature.
Walk slowly and with reverence.
Look at a leaf and see all the details of it.
Look closely and see the veins running through.
See the patterns of the edges and the strength of the stem.
Then when you have thoroughly examined this leaf and enjoyed it, look at all the leaves on the ground, and on the trees, and the branches of one tree, and the details on the tree trunk.
Then see all the trees surrounding the one tree and all their leaves.
Keep enlarging your view of the nature around you.
You are surrounded by it.
It becomes more and more abundant.
Take a few moments to take it all in and then write down how you feel.
