Section III: Abundance Gratitude and Appreciation
Another powerful way to access and create abundance is to cultivate what I call "abundance gratitude". That is, be grateful for what you have. Noticing the people in your life, even those who challenge you, and feeling grateful for them, opens up more room for the good stuff to flow. Appreciating all the things, events, and people around you means that you are expressing love for them. Love always brings more to you. Love allows for expansion. In that vein, take a look at the following exercise about gratitude and appreciation and see what develops!
Gratitude and Appreciation Journal
Keep a gratitude and appreciation journal. Over the next week, look for people, places, events, feelings, and thoughts in your life to be more appreciative and grateful about. Be grateful and appreciative for all the abundance around you. Even if you fall into scarcity mode, appreciate the fact that you have observed it and it makes the abundance that more wonderful to come back to. Take a look at what you wrote and how you are feeling in this process.
