What is Law of Attraction.
I have discovered a bunch of tools and techniques that work quite well in using the Law of Attraction (LOA) effectively and efficiently. In doing so, I have realized that life really can be a fun adventure where I can play and experiment instead of worry and struggle. However, I had to make a significant shift in my thinking. And that is this: For me, I have decided that the physical thing is less important that the feeling it gives me. I focus on feeling that feeling. So, if I want a better relationship because then I would feel more loved, more confident, and more respected, then I focus on feeling all those things NOW. This does a number of things. 1) It allows me to let go of needing the relationship to change- and not needing it is a big part of attracting stuff you want 2) It makes my life feel good immediately- that not only just feels good, it shifts the vibration to a higher frequency 3) It allows me to be patient for any change that may come- and it must come 4) Because I’m feeling good, not needing anything, and being patient- the relationship will actually change faster! So, when using law of attraction techniques, it is important, to focus not on the stuff (money, house, car, friends) as much as the feelings that you feel you will have due to having the stuff. Perhaps you will feel stronger, happier, more confident, secure, and at peace. Focus on having those feelings NOW. It is important to have the intention for certain desired people, events, and things as well, but intention is about desired outcome, not need. It is more specific than a whim or wish, and yet with no attachment. That’s why focusing on having the feeling is so effective. It is important to not get attached to the need of a feeling as well. If you have to feel confident no matter what, you may be pushing confidence away. Have the intent of confidence, imagine how good is feels to be confident- what you would do and how life will be with confidence. Watch for confidence emerge in your life. Attention creates more of what you are attending to. Look for small evidence of confidence appearing. Record what is happening to keep track and make it important. Then watch how it grows. Then see how with more confidence that you are feeling how abundance starts emerging into your life. More evidence that your intention is coming forth. The biggest learn point with Law of Attraction techniques? Practically, if you want the good stuff, look for the good stuff. Look for the good stuff, even in the perceived bad stuff. There are some wonderful experiments and exercises that you can use to wield your power with the LOA and abundance. I’ll be adding more as this site grows, but here’s a quick one to consider: Write it Down! Write down your intentions. Write what you want and why you want it. The what is your intention, and the why is the feeling you perceive it will bring. Imagine what your life will look like with this intention and then choose to feel this feeling NOW. With practice of feeling this feeling, the desire to obtain the stuff is no longer necessary and you can let it go- which will bring it to you even quicker. Amazing! Find more
