Section I -Your Spiritual Abundance is Who You Really Are
Introduction
This first section is focused on how we perceive ourselves in our physical world versus who we really are in relationship with the "Big Picture".
In essence we are part of the Universe. We are part of the Everything, the All That Is, Source or God. Since we are part of the Universe and everything in it, we are also, by definition, the Abundance (physical and spiritual abundance) that is contained in the Universe.
As you read through this section in
Extraordinary Abundance: Simple Yet Powerful Ways to Uncover the Richness of Your Life
and each sub-section, please take a look and spend some time experimenting with the meditations and exercises when directed to do so.
My intention is that it will help you have the experience of being "who you really are". Once you understand who you really are, a whole new world opens up before your eyes.
Have fun!
Who You Really Are- Being Source
In this first part of Section I of
Extraordinary Abundance, I explained how we are
all part of Source.
Even if you can intellectually understand this, it is much more powerful to know this in your heart. One way to do this is to have the experience of Being Source. Having the experience of being Source is something that you can do every day, every hour, and every moment.
Check out the following exercises. The meditation, reflection questions, and journaling exercises are designed to help you tap into your inner Divinity, your spiritual abundance. Have a blast and feel the Power!
Exercise 1:
Reflect and journal about the following questions before and after the Being Source Meditation (aka Seeing the Sacred)
Being Source Guided/Seeing the Sacred Meditation
Words by Rita Desnoyers-Garcia
Music by Eric and Betsy Porter
What do you think God acts like?
How can you experience your Inner God/Goddess?
If you are God, how would act toward others?
How would you view Yourself?
Exercise 2:
Another great tool to get access to your inner Divinity and spiritual abundance, besides meditation, is through journaling.
In Neale Donald Walsch's Conversations with God (Books 1, 2, and 3), he had a conversation with God through writing a question on a pad of paper and then writing the answer. Robert Evans calls this Q&A or "question and answer" journaling.
Experiment with Q&A journaling. Write down a burning (or not so burning) question and then immediately answer your question.
No answers coming to mind? Imagine what the answer could be and then write that down.
Still nothing coming? Imagine what a really loving parent would say to their child if they heard this question.
